Turkey-Georgia Business Forum, Tbilisi-Georgia, 5-7 May 2014

Upon the invitation of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Commodity Exchange of Turkey (TOBB) a delegation of BSEC-URTA participated in the Turkish-Georgian High Level Business Forum organised in Tbilisi on 6 May 2014. See Forum Programme.

The Forum was attended by the President of Republic of Turkey, HE Abdulah Gull, the Prime Minister of Georgia, HE Irakli Garibashvili, the President of TOBB/DEIK Mr Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, several ministers, high rank officials and representatives of business communities of both countries. During the Forum, the BSEC-URTA representative made a presentation on the IRU Model Highway Initiative concept and its implementation on the Baku-Tbilisi-Trabzon Motorway, and called on the Turkish and Georgian Business Communities to contribute to this important regional project. See Presentation
