“Boosting Trade through Connectivity” under Azerbaijan Chairmanship-in-Office in BSEC

The Coordination Meeting of the BSEC Chairmanship-in-Office, the Committee of Senior Officials, BSEC Related Bodies and BSEC PERMIS was held on 12 July 2018 at the BSEC Headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey. BSEC-URTA Secretary General Mr. Adrian Albu and BSEC-URTA Deputy Secretary General Mr. Alpdogan Kahraman took part in the meeting, where main priorities of Azerbaijan Chairmanship-in-office (from 1 July until 31 December 2018) in BSEC were announced.

Azerbaijan authorities declared that they will focus on reforms within BSEC and improve the efficiency of the Organization. BSEC-URTA welcomed focus of Azerbaijan on single window applications development in BSEC, Trade and Transport Facilitation within BSEC region.
