The Republic of Albania agrees to use the BSEC Permit for transit and bilateral transport operations

26 April 2011 | The Republic of Albania, which did not participate in the 5th Meeting of the BSEC Steering Committee for Facilitation of Road Transport of Goods, but is a participating BSEC Member State to the Pilot Project, agrees to use and allow the usage of the permit, as 6 other participating countries have already agreed: o­n a voluntary basis and not o­nly for transit but for bilateral transport operations, too.
