After six-hour constructive negotiations between Bulgarian Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications, Danail Papazov, and Turkish Minister of Transportation, Maritime Affairs and Communications Lutfi Elvan, held in Ankara Turkey, the two parties have reached a consensus on the solution of the problems of the Bulgarian road carriers when travelling in Turkey, the press office of the Bulgarian ministry announced.
